Click and collect service is available at checkout for our Melbourne customers. 

 

Collection times available 10-3pm Monday to Friday from our Toorak showroom. No collections available on weekends. 

 

If these times do not suit, please reach out to customercare@annarossijewellery.com to organise alternative collection.

 

Please bring your order confirmation and ring doorbell on arrival.

 

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post (Domestic) & DHL Express (International).
  
  
• We offer free express shipping for orders over $150 AUD within Australia.
  
  
• Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
  
  
• Please note, during high volume periods, processing times may take up to 3 business days for the order to be shipped, due to an increased volume of orders.
  
  
• Please note for international orders (excluding United States) - Duties and taxes are not included in the cost of your order and may be eligible for payment upon arrival into your country. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid taxes or is left unclaimed, you will be responsible for return shipment costs which will be deducted from eligible refunds. Custom duties are not controlled by us.
  
  
• Once your order has shipped, any requests to reroute, redirect, or change the delivery address will incur additional fees charged by our courier. These fees will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before rerouting is approved.
