Refund policy
DOMESTIC RETURNS
Products may be returned for an exchange or online credit note, within 14 days of receiving your items, if returned unworn and in their original packaging.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Products may be returned for an online credit note, within 14 days of receiving your items, if returned unworn and in their original packaging. We are unable to offer exchanges for international orders.
For both domestic and international returns, we are unable to approve returns for the below reasons.

Sale items - Items purchased from the sale section are final sale.
- Pierced jewellery - Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on pierced items unless deemed faulty at time of receipt.
- We do not offer refunds on any change of mind or incorrect purchases.
When making a return, it will be at the client’s expense to post the item/s back to the nominated address safely and in original condition.
Credits will only be issued once the return item/s have been received and assessed. If issued a credit with Anna Rossi Jewellery, it will be valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Credits or exchanges will not be granted if jewellery has been damaged due to wear and tear, misuse or disregard for care notes. The unique care instructions for each piece can be found in the product description and on our product care page here.

Please submit your return request via email at customercare@annarossijewellery.com, including the information below, and we’ll provide a return authorisation.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you have been sent a product that you believe to be faulty upon receipt, please contact us directly at customercare@annarossijewellery.com with the following information:

Once your return has been approved, we will reach out with further directions.
